BioFirst off, every good Display Name has already been taken. So the one I created demonstrates both my personal feelings about trying to determine a proper name, and the subliminal impact of a 1970's sci-fi show on an impressional young mind when it comes to using swear words...
In addition, I'm setting this account up to keep in contact with friends who have moved away. I qualify as your standard geek with an EE degree. As my interests indicate, I enjoy most of the sci-fi and fantasy genre, from games to books and movies.
Unlike most geeks, I retired from the National Guard and a couple of years ago had the unfortunate luck of playing in the big sandbox that's in all the news. Contrary to its current popularity, it’s not a great vacation spot.
